Rates
- Initial Evaluation: $200
- Individual Counseling Session: $90
- Written Correspondence for coordination or confirmation of services: $35
- Administrative services for transfer to a higher level of care: $35
Insurance
Payment is due when services are rendered. For confidentiality reasons, I prefer to work directly with my clients and not their health insurance companies. This also minimizes the costs of my services. Most clients find that services are reimbursable with most health insurance plans, with minimal transfer of personal information pertaining to treatment.
Payment
I accept payment via credit card; all major credit cards are acceptable. Personal checks are acceptable if a prior agreement has transpired prior to initial session(s).
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $25 for a missed appointment.
